Ludmila Batura
Ongoing Curator
Ludmila is a project manager at the New Eurasia Establishment. She implements projects aimed at improving the quality of business and economic education as well as economic development of rural regions in Belarus. She holds Master’s degree in Public Policy and Human Development of Maastricht University and the United Nations University. Mila is a winner of the merit-based High Potential XXL Scholarship. She holds diplomas of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus and professional award “12 Hopes of Spring” of the Higher State College of Communication. Mila is a prize-winner of several competitions in management, economics and sociology in Belarus and abroad. She is interested in politics and human development.
Andrei Yeliseyeu
Outgoing Curator
Legal and social researcher. Co-founder and Research Fellow at the Eurasian States in Transition (EAST) Research Center. Andrei's research has been published by reputable research centers including the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, FRIDE and Migration Policy Centre at the EUI. Andrei was educated at six universities in four countries. B.A. in International Relations and four Master’s degrees in History, Political Science, European and International Law, and Management. Furthermore, Andrei graduated from the Estonian School of Diplomacy. He speaks eight languages.
Yauheni Puhach
Former curator
Yauheni manages the first Belarusian Startup Hub IMAGURU, part of the Center for Business Communications BEL.BIZ. He has completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Belarusian Institute of Law and a Master’s degree in Political Science at the Vilnius-based European Humanities University. Furthermore, Yauheni was a party to many international educational trainings, including at the Institute of Psychology, University of Adam Mickiewicz (Poznan, Poland), and in the U.S. He is interested in start-up business development, innovations, politics and public policy.
Valeriya Bahamolskaya

Valeriya has over 5 years of working experience in business. She holds Bachelor's degree in Law and currently works as a Sales Manager in IT company. Valeriya is an active member of a Belarusian startup movement. She has taken part in numerious international conferences and business competitions. Psychology, innovations and entrepreneurship are among her interests.
Maksim Kublitski

Maksim is an IT business development manager, CIB Group LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Economics. Maksim has taken part in a number of international business events, conferences and round tables. He is an active supporter of globalization and international cooperation processes. Member of EdCamp Belarus organizing team, Minsk Hub's project. Maksim's interests include IT, startups and innovations. He speaks five languages.
Denis Kolga
Shaper founder
Denis is a Chairman of the youth NGO Youth Initiative, which is a National Youth Council member. In 2013-2015 he was a member of the No Hate Speech Movement campaign run by the Council of Europe’s youth sector. Denis has taken part in many international projects in the youth and education fields. He graduated from the Belarusian State University, Department of International Affairs. Denis’s interests include history & collectables, blogging, and cinema. In 2016 Denis was a party to the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, in a 50-strong team of Global Shapers from around the world.
Aksana Rudovich

Aksana is pursuing a MA in Sociology at the Graduate School for Social Research in Warsaw, Poland. Earlier she was a journalist at the Nasha Niva newspaper, Belsat TV channel and IdeaBy.org online journal. She also worked as a research assistant at the economic think-tank CASE Belarus. Aksana graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU) with a Master’s degree in Economics. She studied law at the Faculty of Retraining of BSEU and Public Administration at The School of Young Managers in Public Administration (SYMPA).
Yury Yurchanka

Yury coordinates Zvarot.by, Web-service for e-applications aimed at strengthening citizen participation in governance, increasing Belarusian government accountability and civic engagement. He is enrolled in a double Master's degree program in International Relations , with specialization in European Administration, at the Lazarski University in Poland and the Coventry University in the United Kingdom. Yury is also a member of the e-government CYID think tank. He nominated person of 2011 John Humphrey Freedom Award Winner.
Anastasiya Baglay

Anastasiya works as a financial accountant in hospitality industry. She graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking. Anastasiya is a certified specialist in the field of International Financial Reporting Standards with a DipIFR(Rus) diploma issued by the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is an EdCamp Belarus organizing team member. Anastasiya follows trends in financial management and social entrepreneurship & interested in promoting financial literacy.
Alesia Petrovets

Alesia works at the International Organization for Migration Office in Belarus. She obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural Communication. Alesia holds awards in history and interpreting competitions in Belarus. Current National Coordinator of Young European Ambassadors network. She participated in a few international education programmes dedicated to human rights, inclusion and youth participation. Alesia is interested in the topics of youth engagement and civil society development in Belarus.
Alexandra Romeiko

Alexandra is an architect. She graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Prize and award winner of Social Weekend and international contests on architecture and urban planning. Alexandra is a co-founder and a member of the urban multidisciplinary group «Good city Minsk», coordinator and volunteer in several social projects. Her passion is urban studies and sustainable urban development as well as social entrepreneurship.
Erika Koroleva

Specialist in conflict resolution. Erika has a higher pedagogical education with specialization in music instruction and social pedagogy. She has taken part in a variety of national and international training programmes in conflictology, negotiations and human rights. Erika teaches the course on culture of negotiations and manages videos with football clubs and sports federations on the issues of combating racism and discrimination.
